We began life as Evolving Recruitment back in 2004. Subsequently we established Evolving Training & Evolving Outsourcing. Evolving Contact is a specialist division of Evolving Outsourcing. We now have offices in London, Paris & Dublin as well as offices and service delivery centres in Krakow and Luban in Poland.
Evolving is an Irish-owned company with a blended management team comprising Irish, UK and Polish nationals. We are headquartered in Poland in order to leverage the world-class local talent pool and the lower cost of doing business when compared to the UK, Ireland or Western Europe.
Evolving Contact was established with the vision of becoming the leading provider of outsourced customer contact solutions and the outsourcing partner of choice for companies in the UK, Ireland & Western Europe.
